Parks and Amenities

Fletcher Park is our largest park with over 5 acres, centrally located in the neighborhood. It's the community center where we have most events for residents; neighborhood parties, movie nights, food truck events, and concerts. It has a large playground, pavilion, ball fields, and restrooms.

Osprey Park is our smaller park near the Country Club. It offers a dog park, playground, picnic tables, basketball court, restrooms, and a comfortable place to stop on neighborhood walks.

Many residents enjoy walking, jogging and bicycling along our miles of quiet, meandering streets and sidewalks nestled among trees and natural landscape.

Residents receive Parks and Recreation (PARC) events information via email in PARC Place eNotices and Facebook posts.

Park Restroom Facility Access

The Marsh Landing Community Parks and Restrooms are for the convenience and exclusive use of residents and their guests. Restroom Access is obtained by using a magnetic swipe card.  Punch codes are not available.  To obtain your access card, please stop by the Management Office.

Since not every family will use the parks, Restroom Access Cards are issued only upon request, with one card to each family.  One additional card can be purchased at a cost of $5.00.  There is a limit of two cards per family. Cards are registered and can be tracked.  If your card is lost or stolen you can obtain a new card by visiting the Management Office.  It is important to report a lost/stolen card, so it can be deactivated and taken out of your name.  A replacement card may be purchased at a cost of $5.00.  Please be sure to report any missing card. Cards are registered to a specific homeowner and the system logs the cards that are used each day in its database.

Park hours are daylight to dusk.  Restrooms are closed when the parks are closed.

We ask that everyone please help us keep our restrooms clean.  Report any maintenance or cleanliness issues to the Marsh Landing Management Company at 273-3033, or after hours, call the Marsh Landing Rover Patrol at 330-9206.  As a reminder to all - Marsh Landing Master Association has a no-tolerance policy.  Anyone caught vandalizing our restroom facility, our parks or any other common ground will be prosecuted.   Marsh Landing homeowners are responsible for their children and guests. The parks are for the enjoyment of our owners and their guests.  Please enjoy the facilities and always leave them in the same condition you found them.
